    Delta Blinds Supply offers free shipping on all orders within the Contiguous United States. A surcharge will be applied for expedited shipments.

    About Shipping

    Depending on your order, you may receive multiple shipments as our products vary in lead times. We do our best to avoid delays in production, however, sometimes delays occur. We cannot cancel orders when this happens.

    Shipping Methods

    We use FedEx to ship all window treatments and USPS when shipping Replacement Parts. We cannot deliver window treatments to a P.O. Box.

    Don't like what you have ordered?

    That's ok! We want to make sure you are satisfied with us and our products. We will work with you to resolve any issues regarding the product you ordered. In the event that your product was received damaged, we will remake the product for you. Or, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the material we will allow returns and will lower our restocking from 30% to 20% if you re-order from us. Keep in mind that we do offer Free Samples of the actual material we use to make each product.

    Measured incorrectly?

    If you find that your measurements were not correct, no need to stress! We work with customers on a case by case basis to find the best solution for them. In most cases, customers are allowed to return their custom made window treatment. Customers pay for return shipping and are refunded 70% of their order total unless they re-order with us in which case we refund them 80% of their order total.

    Limited Lifetime Warranty

    Delta Blinds Supply is pleased to offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all custom made window treatments. This warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser and is non transferable.

    Covered:

    All internal mechanisms.

    Components and brackets.

    Operational cords for a full 5 years from the date of purchase.

    Repairs will be made with like or similar parts.

    Not Covered:

    Warranty will not transfer from original purchaser.

    Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.

    Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.

    Failure to follow instructions after installation, such as cleaning procedures.

    Exposure to elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration or fading over time.

    To obtain Warranty Service:

    Any claims for initially defective or incorrectly made products must be brought to our attention within 10 days from the date of installation and before blinds are altered in any manner. Contact customer service.

    THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL DELTA BLINDS SUPPLY BE LIABLE FOR OR RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS, COST, EXPENSE, OR FEE.

  • Returns & Cancellations

    We understand if you want to return or cancel your order. Most companies do not accept returns on custom made products, but we do!

    Returns

    Upon delivery, customers have 30 days to return their order to: 105 Satellite Blvd NW Ste H Dock Door # 02 Suwanee, GA 30024. For a quick and easy refund process, we would appreciate it customers would provide their return tracking number. Buyers pay for return shipping on all products.

    Product Refund Amount

    Roller Shades = 70% refund

    Wood Blinds = 70% refund

    Aluminum Blinds = 80% refund

    Replacement Parts = 90% refund

    Cancellations

    Production typically starts the morning of the next business day an order is placed. Cancellations and/or changes to each order must be made during the first 12 hour period after your online order is finalized. Under no circumstances can we cancel or alter your order after the 12 hours.

    Color Accuracy Policy

    All computer monitors display colors/textures differently. We recommend requesting free samples before placing your order. If you do not like the color/material that you ordered, please refer to our return policy.

  • Child Safety

    As a small family business, child safety is imperative to us. Every window treatment we make is Greenguard Certified, which ensures that our products are acceptable for use in environments such as schools and hospitals. We also offer cordless window treatments and cord wraps.

    Safety Tips

    1) The best way to keep children safe is to replace corded window treatments to cordless.

    2) The Window Covering Safety Council offers free retrofit kits to make your current window treatments with cords safer.

    3) Make sure beds, cribs, and other furniture are moved away from windows so that children do not have easy access to corded window treatments.

    4) Wrap up your current cords with cord safety wraps.
